VirtueOps believes in clear, upfront pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment based on the type of service, number of notarizations/seals, number of signers, travel needs, platform requirements, and appointment details.
Remote Online Notary
$25 per online notarization/seal
Remote online notarization is available nationwide for eligible documents and situations. Each notary stamp/seal counts as one notarization.
Additional platform, technology, witness, or document-related fees may apply depending on the transaction and the remote online notarization provider used. Any additional fees will be confirmed before your appointment.
Mobile Notary
$10 per notarization/seal plus applicable travel fee
Mobile notary appointments are available by appointment in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. Each notary stamp/seal counts as one notarization.
Travel fees are quoted before the appointment based on location, distance, timing, and appointment needs.
Loan Signing Support
Starting at $125 per loan signing
Final pricing depends on the package size, printing needs, scanbacks, travel distance, number of signers, and appointment timing.
Additional Services & Fees
Additional fees may apply for multiple signers and witnesses, extra notarizations/seals, printing, scanbacks, after-hours appointments, weekend appointments, rush requests, wait time, extended appointment time, or travel outside the standard service area.
Witness Fees
Mobile Witness Fee: $25 per witness
Remote Online Notarization Witness Fee: $15 per witness
Administrative Services
Administrative Support Services: $30 per hour
Printing Fee: $25 per document set (up to 100 pages)
Additional Copy Set: $25 per additional set
Late Fee: $15 per 15 minutes (15-minute grace period)
Holiday Service Fee: $60 add-on for holiday appointments
Travel Fees:
0-30 miles round-trip: $40 flat rate
31-60 miles round-trip: $50 flat rate
Over 60 miles: $50 + $1.25 per additional mile
